I think I shorted Something out.

I was in the process of taking a SNES apart and during the process I would plug it in to test it to make sure everything still worked. That way if I went wrong I had a better idea of where. Anyway while testing the base of the power switch were the two wires connect made contact with the metal covering the board and the screen went to fuzz. Any ideas how to fix the problem or did I just send this SNES to the graveyard? Thanks -Scott

Put it this way, if you connect it up again and nothing works, you either fried the SNES or the screen...

If it was at the power switch there may be hope, check the stickies for fuse locations and check if those are gone.
