The PS2 says, "Do not open-risk of electrical shock" on it. May someone post pics of the inside of PS2 and point out the dangers? Thank you in advance.
Ever plugged in your PS2? About the same amount of risk involved in that action and when you look at it. You should know to unplug anything BEFORE you tear it open. Unplug it, wait about 30sec, then by all means open that sucker up. Do not tamper with anything unless it is unplugged Short and sweet: Unplug, then work

I will say this dont hold the power supply by the bottem if its turned on. I did this once with my PSX running and it felt like my finger tips were being poked my hundreds of neddles.

I did that too, but I had a pretty good grasp on it and my whole arm turned numb and started to shake
I was working on the ps2 once and I set it outside the case on top of my VCR to test it and now there is a singe on the vcr and I had to replace a fuse
vcr cases are metal duh from now on I always have the bottom half of the case on when I plug it in
I was testing my dismantled psone screen one time while I had sweaty palms. I saw a flash and felt a stinging sensation on my finger and was left with a small burnt spot about the size of the end of a ballpoint pen.
