Okay, as a few of you may know, I just got a SNES with 31 games. In those, I have one game - Primal Rage - That appears to either be JAP, or PAL. I can't tell by looking at the sticker. In fact, that only made it more confusing. The number I would have assumed would tell me without a doubt says "M/SNS - AR9E - USA". If it was PAL/JAP wouldn't "USA" be replaced with the proper location? I honestly don't know, having never owned a cart other than NTSC before now.
I opened the case of the cart, after being told some PAL and JAP games will work in an NTSC console, and inserted the gameboard directly into the console. Nothing. Black screen. The system powered up, light is on, and it still plays other games. So I assume this means it wont play. Which means, I basically want to know what it is, so I can sell it. I assume its PAL because the entire sticker is in English, not Japanese. However, the number on the front of the gameboard itself is "J-2194N".
Any ideas? Info? And how much is this worth, cuz if I cant use it, I'll prolly sell it. But I might not, too. The cart shape is cool. Might be good for something later on.

Pics by request. And no, I didn't do the import mod. Thought about it. But no.

How it sets in the cart:

As a quick, unrelated note (And maybe slightly funny): Yes, I extend my index finger, and hold carts between my thumb and middle finger. No, I'm not gay.

that is definitely not a legit copy.
1) that is the usa picture, not the pal picture
2) it has the usa snes logo as opposed to the pal/jap 4 color logo
3) that is the usa nintendo seal of quality, not the pal/jap seal
4) there is no sticker on the back, like all nintendo games do. there would at least be residue if it had been peeled off
5) the label appears to be starting to peel off, which can very easily indicate it was not made by nintendo
6) the glop tops look sloppier than nintendo brand glop tops
basically, they took the usa logo:

and placed it inside a pal cart.

Maybe not a legit US copy. But it is a working copy. I tried it again, and put horizontal pressure on the game board (Pulling it towards the front of the system), and not only did it work, but I played it one-handed. I suck at one handed button-mashing, but it does work. I think I just need a US case for it now.
