Requesting pic's

I need some pic's of inside the mini PS1 case, and the dimensions of the inside. It's for a "secret project, because I finally have money now.

I had to cancel my projects the last few times, because of money issues :'(

A PSone board is 171 x 126mm although can be trimmed to approx 165 x 117mm

Thanks, but this actually isn't a PS1 project =P

I needed to know the area inside the case itself. I'm planning to use the case for a Dreamcast related project. It looks like the PS1 case is smaller than the DC motherboard, but I could bondo some more plastic on, to make it a bit thicker, and wider.

I'm basically going to make a slim Dreamcast.

the Dreamcast Mobo is around 160mm x 142.

I think I can get it down to 157 x 137.

Not sure how much extra space is in the psOne case, but if there is some, I should be able to fit the DC in it. I'll need to make the case a bit thicker still for the GD-Rom drive.

Ok, a PSOne casing is (usable area, ignoring the curving) 180 x 133mm approx. You could probably add 1-2mm off this to get to 135mm; the other 2mm you need could be achieved by having the mobo sloping in the case very slightly. In other words, should just fit ok.

If you sanded and bondo'd the back of the PSone case to make it flat, you could get a PSone screen in there too, and a PSone screen mobo will just fit too (just checked).

You will probably have to make the casing thicker though than the PSone case as it isn't deep enough (for a CD drive and batteries), and of course more bondo on the sides, etc to make it look good.
