PS2 Power Cord to Ciggerette Lighter

I want to know if theres a way i could quickly (only have a half hour) power a ps2 with a cigarette lighter without an invert or whatever its called

No, you would have to take it apart and find what pins dish out certain voltages and then wire up at least dc-dc converters and wire them in and reassemble it. which would not take less than 1/2 an hour.

No, it could not. A psp charger is 5v at little amps and a ps2 slim is 8.4v at 2ish amps.
