I need a link to an Oklahoma little league football rulebook, but I can't find one.

what do you need? I play Jr. high football in montana I could probably answer your question.

Well my brother plays 3rd grade little league football, and I know for a fact that there's a certain time each player has to play, I just need to know how long and I need physcal evidence, because my brothers been to all the practices and all the games(3) and never once has he played.

Don't know about oklahoma but in minnesota you don't have to play, and you don't have to in Jr. high and highschool especially my sixth grade year I warmed the bench, but now I'm a team captain.

just tell him to hit and not be afraid to hit, and he will get playing time.
what size is your brother and what position does he play? I'm one of the littler guys on the team so I had to work harder for my position, and there were a lot of people playing my position. Just tell me how big he is and I will tell you why he isn't playing.
