Just copy and paste it into a graphics program, change the resolution to your screen, done.
pixilation? blurriness? Its safe to go from a large resolution and scale down but scaling up causes lots of problems. Even scaling up in photoshop has problems.

You might want to try downloading Inkscape and convert it to a vector drawing. Then scale it up and save it at your display's resolution.
