I just saved a few things from my inbox to the savebox because I needed the room. Now, my savebox is 103% full. What is up with this?
Also, is there any way to back up my PMs offline?

I don't know what caused that glitch.
Save your PMs offline by either saving the pages or copy/pasting into Notepad.
