You can't possibly think that Mario 64 DS has SNES graphics, unless all you've seen is the mini games, then your an idiot. ;P

Seriousley, they're video game systems, each with their pros and cons.

Pros

DS: Much more original, kinda forces it with 2 screens and a touch screen

PSP: Extreme graphics

Cons

DS: No analog stick, lower resolution screen

PSP: Disk drive popping open, etc from internet, long load times

I'm loving my Nintendo DS because it has the games I like, Mario, Metroid, and will most certainly see Zelda. I'm only considering a PSP for emulation purposes. I guarantee you it'll be the first mass released system in America to have emulation on it with the media cards. It'll at least see SNES emulation, maybe even N64 emulation, which in the long run is much better then what I see on PSP's current line up. GTA, Gran Turismo, and Spiderman 2. Wow, sounds so interesting to me.

To conclude, just be happy with whichever system makes you happy, don't slag off another one just because it doesn't have Mario, or GTA or whatever.

I dont mean to be a PSP MBB but to pop out the umd I had to twist the psp really hard and it just opend and poped out a little. I popped it back in and it saved the game. I see no problem.

Actually, the DS has the same graphics as N64. They seem better because of the small screen size. The only thing the N64 has is some sort of equiptment that "smoothens" out pixels, which is why some backgrounds in 3D games may seem pixely (on DS not N64).

I play my DS sometimes. The pictochat feature is great to have in class. I also enjoy Mario and will enjoy the games that are set for online.

Chances are I wont get a psp because all that it has are PS2 ports, it seems.

I love N64 as much as the next guy. Heck, I'm making an N64p too! The games are awesome: Ocarina Of Time, Star-Fox64, Perfect Dark, Super Smash Brothers, etc.

But when it comes down to the facts, DS is just a little bit better. If you put it on a bigger screen, than no it wouldn't be put in the way it is, then yes it is.

Remember people, this isn't a GameBoy. Nintendo hardware developers are hard at work on the Next GameBoy, which is supposedly due late 2007 or so.

Ive seen Super Mario 64 played on the DS, the graphics are pixelized and the sound is like its playing through a mobile phone...

Seriously, i thought they could have done a lot better with todays technology...

I use to like Nintendo...

Wanna know what? Theres only one or two people here who can rightfully say which is better...
All thats happening here is a flame war...
"The DS is better!"
"No it isnt!"
"Yeah it is!"
"No way, the psp will pwn your ds!"
"Noooooo.... I hate you!"
"And I hate you."

Just wait till both are out, then complain about which one sucks.
