Power regulating: PTH08080WAH or PTH08080WAZ?

ok so i got the TI free samples and read through a lot of the posts(dont have time to read EVERY single one) and havent seen how to wire these up much less which is actually best to use for the N64. Is it the same wiring setup as "Harshboy's full N64 wiring diagram" ? or if this has already been asked/posted please just send me in the right direction, thanks.

ha! I just PM'd SS about this.

This thread is the one you need to read. It has a diagram and a few pictures of it actually wired up. Yes, the wiring is different than in Harshboy's diagram, because the 08080 is a 5 pin board instead of 6 like the 08000.

and as far as anybody can tell, the WAS/WAZ/WAH doesn't matter in our projects.

I think the difference between WAH and WAZ is that WAH is lead-free. They'll probably send you a WAZ if WAHs are out of stock though.
