i picked up a load of old cell phones just for thees motors. they can be incredibly useful.

Too big, by far. The smaller rumble is just a smaller rotor attached to an equally-large motor. Your brush would be top-heavy and fall

Also I found a cheap place to get some motors, a "pink muscle massager".
