My wireless les paul guitar hero controller refuses to strum downward. Would someone be willing to fix this for me?

the same thing happend to me. What happend to your controller is from use the switch wore out. If you play on expert then thats definatly the problem. Id fix it but I don't know when id have the time sorry.
