I just got a Toshiba hard drive enclosure and i was putting it together when i noticed that the connector didn't match so i got the one that it was connected to from my i-pod.
now when i plug it in to any windows machine it says "found new hardware"
"ready for use" so i check "my computer" but its not there and all the while its getting a little hot
plz help
