Is there a way to get composite out of coax?

Pic is so small and I don't know how to read a circuit diagram anyway - can you translate it into pictorial form and post it please??

IMPORTANT: The resistors in the picture are NOT the correct color code! The right color code is posted next to each resistor. I was too lazy to find the right resistors. :P The transistor is a 4011 amplifying transistor, and in the picture the text is facing up. Everything is labeled, but if you have and other questions, please ask!

Why not add 75ohm resistors on the video and audio lines? Maybe the outputs gains are too high.
