Youtube link. Promise it's not a Rickroll.

It's a funny magic act, and my friend and I are going to attempt to perform it (he's actually a magician, get's paid and stuff.) and I would like to use as much of the original music as possible. Are these actual songs (or pieces) or are they some no named, no copyright songs? If anything, I just need the first song's name, everything else can be easily replaced with something else.

EDIT: Actually, I only need the song at 4:25.

The one at 4:25 was the tune from "Million Dollar Man" with Steve Austin. I watched that as a kid when it first came out

I was about 7 at the time.

First few seconds - Swan Lake, Tchaikovsky; the second bit (a few seconds later), "The Nutcracker Suite".

Bacteria, thank you very much, but I can't find that small part in Swan Lake, and the Nutcracker Suite is about 10 minutes long.
