How to dremel the D-Pad?
I'm making a NESp and I have 1/8in plastic for the front panel. How are you supposed to dremel it out? What attachment should I use?

I'd go with none of those. You want a cutoff wheel. (Your Dremel should have come with at least a couple of them...)
The one on the far left is an engraving bit, and the rest are basically files.

I get very good results using the following method:
* Draw an outline on your perspex for the d-pad cross hole; or tape the hole to the back (depending on the opaqueness of the material you are cutting).
* Use a drill, about 2mm diameter, to cut about 1-2mm from the edges of the outline.
* Use the 2nd from left tool in your pic. Get the straight edges finished.
* Use a slimmer version of the one 3rd from left in your pic, although what you have is fine.
* Use a small and flat file to finish off.
Steady hand = great result.
