Help No Video
I'm fairly new at working with the boards of electronics. I have an old atari CX 2600, the 4 switch with the wood grain it looks just like the pics someone had posted of the Vader, and I am trying to get it working with a new TV. I have tested the various connections I can get to without removing anything other than the cover and everything seems to be getting power but I can't get any picture or sound. I have hooked an old Nintendo RF adapter into it and nothing. I used the original cable and got nothing. At one point when I was jiggling the cable the screen flickered slightly and I heard some popping coming through the TV speakers. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You don't even need one of those. If you can find (or make) a connector with a female RCA connector and a male cable connector, you're in business.
EDIT: Or, better yet, composite-mod it so you don't have to deal with RF garbage anymore.
