Brazilian Needing Help!!

Hello Guys... I'm Brazilian so forgive my english errors =D

I really get interested at this SNESp, and now I want so hard to make one of these...

But i Need some help... How can you see, I'm a Newcomer at this stuff... can you guys help me in some tutorials?

which tutorial should i follow?

it's really expensive to do that?

I hope you can help me guys...

It's expansive ? yes and no

If you have to buy all thing, It's most expansive and difficult to make an psnes than buy a PSP with an emulator... I think...

Now, I just buy a snes mini with a lcd psone sony and I spend near 200 $ with shipping in France...
