NESp(s) for sale

Post by gannon »

'ello everybody
Anyways, after seing Ben's update about mass made Atari portables, I figured I'd try and design a mass made NESp :)
I've already made a full size mockup with all the actually parts I'll use, and the size is about 4.75"x7"x1.5" :)
I'm going to be making a CAD design later tonight, and calling up a CNC shop on monday to see how much it'd cost to make the cases. After that I'll post a price. I'm thinking that it'll be in the $190-$250 range depending on how much it costs me to get the cases made. :)

Cool :)
But is this gonna be like your N64P and PS2P that you were pre-selling?

Will yoy offer just the cases? And what screens where you planning to use. If you go with the Hip Screen I'll really be looking to get one once I get money (dont worry Ben I'm still going to get a CNC PSone).

Yeah, it'll use the hip screen (cheap and small :))
And I guess I could just sell the case, but then I'd have to include directions :P

We're guys we need no direction to put something together.

FYI I emailed Ben about the screen he's going to use. He said OEM so it should be cheap, just though it might benifit someone if you want to get some from Ben.

Hey gannon, will your NESp's be made of NOAC's?

yeah, more specifically the mega joy II. I already have a distributor in the US all lined up (a bit expensive, but it's worth the save on shipping)

and will ALL of them come pre-wired with a busted Mega Joy II ;)?.............anyway, I hope you can get this started up :)....if I have some spare money that I'm not gonna use for anything else, I'll probably buy one ;)....
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Where can you find Megajoys online? I've found Superjoy places, but I'd prefer the cart slot.

Some SJ's don't have a cart slot. I think they're the older one's. The SJ III has a cart slot and that's all I know.

They do? Had no idea, sellers should take pictures of the backs of their products, or make notice of these things, so misleading.
