Ok, so I've got a pile of 9.6v RC batteries, a couple of chargers, and one simple problem. I want to be able to know the current charge level of the batteries in the charger, and I want to know if they are actually charging. Google brought up this circuit, which is nice, but only fits one criteria, telling me if it charges. It doesn't tell me how much it is charged though....
