I was not sure what forum to put it in as it emulates Snes and Megadrive amongst others :?

Looks pretty cool though and nice piece of modding

At least they did it right, instead of chopping the case to pieces and making port holes with a hammer, unlike some other console PCs out there.

EDIT:

Why couldn't everyone do it? It's not rocket science. The motherboard's already small enough to fit in the SNES case, and they added two SNES to USB adapters for the controller ports and maybe mapped the controller buttons to the keyboard. The most complicated part of the build, aside from making the parts fit in the SNES, was probably making the SNES AV port dongle for the motherboard's onboard composite video and audio connections.

It just takes effort and to do well. ;)

For that price, though, you'd think the guy could at least find a non-yellowed case.

How do you know? He used the same pic for both. Still, though, with the prices Bacteria manages to find, he could have gotten two decent looking cases for cheap enough to still start the bidding at the equivalent of $200.

The point is that it is a PC.... BUT IN A SNES! I personally prefer NESPC's (with the cart slot to use for the CD/DVD drive)
