I wonder if you could make a screw tightened one using sewing needles... That would be interesting. Even if the tips burn out in an hour, no problem. You can get a little box of 50 for like $2.
I might have to try that...

make a custom head where you could install them would be very easy just cut off the top of the screw and if it will thread in your golden should try that 2 be cheap.

weller WM120 is about as small as you can get. .4mm tip size (tip is a little smaller than mechanical pencil lead) they cost about 35$ shipped
