Stargate Mod for GTA?

Anyone heard of a Stargate mod for any of the Grand Theft Auto games? Possibly a Puddle Jumper for GTA: Vice City? That would be so cool. Also, if there was a working Stargate that you could dial another gate in a different location to travel to. Yes, I know that in the SG universe you can only have one working gate on a planet at a time, but it still would be a neat feature. Thanks
