ESTIMATE: PS360 Controller

I want a PS360 controller, but first i want to know how much it will cost me then I'll have to get the parts needed(PS3 and 360 controller). I just want to know how much it will cost me, if I supply the controllers, for a PS360 controller, there's just two things i want different. (1)I want the LED's to be blue if that is at all possible (2)I want to use a black controller(to stick with the whole ps3). So if you informed people or someone willing to make one for me will just let me know how much it would be that'd be great.

Oh and one more thing I want the analogs at the bottom together like a ps3 controller.
