Old Phone

So my family recently bought a new set of phones, because the old ones were getting lots of static -- anyways, I was wondering if anybody knew anything cool I can do with them. There's one base station, and then two single chargers, three handsets total. I'm missing one of the chargers, but that doesn't bother me. Could I turn them into walkie-talkies or anything cool like that?

not one with one base station.

We have that system and it blows. Id rather have corded phones again.

No phones work in our house when the power goes out

well you should always have at least one corded phone.
