creating energy is impossible. all you can do is convert energy and move energy. Unless they can explain the physics of it and where the energy comes from, its crap.

Perpetual motion, as in keeping something moving forever, seems like it might be possible. Using it to make energy, though, isn't. Might be able to use it to store energy (like a flywheel, but it doesn't lose energy to friction).

Technically, at extremely small scales, it could be possible, since the laws of physics tend to be warped in such places. Thus, 99 out of 100.
