Would like to trade my old laptop...

Post by Bibin »

...so I've got my old Dell c600.

Image

850mhz Pentium III
384MB ram
20GB HDD
Windows XP
5 hour battery
DVD reader
10/100mbit LAN
S-video out
XGA LCD

I'm willing to trade it for stuff; stuff I want includes a Game Boy Light. Not the lame accessory, I mean the backlit Game Boy.

I was going to say the first revision of the MacBook Pro, the slowest, oldest one, since I need an intel mac for development reasons. I highly doubt I'll be able to get one, but it was worth a try.

How about this:

I have a Toshiba Satlite Pro 460 CDT. It has Windows 98, intel P1, 32mb of ram. Has a little probelm with the it keyboard keys doing fuctions that they are not ment for. I think the person before me Gave the keys a difrent fuction. But a external when atached to the computer has no problem.

I'll trade you that for the MacBook? :P

Who knows if the Namco Portable will ever become a reality? :P

I don't want a generic intel computer; I have enough of those sitting around and I can't make myself like any storebought windows computers; the one I've built is the only one that's been worth it's money.

I don't have a MacBook; I sold that piece of trash a while ago to buy my powerbook. Try reading. If I had a macbook, I'd trade for that in a second since the regular non-pro MacBook is a piece of crap.

Uh...

...no?

The PSP's value is hilarously lower than my powerbook's.

I have a powerbook, The ancient one, but I need to find it, I'll get you specs, I know it works fine, though!
EDIT: I also have other laptops, including an early Panasonic Toughbook which can be persuaded to run Windows 95. There's also a generic-y 2000-era MicronPC laptop, but you already said you didn't want that kinda thing...
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.

I knew that which is why I put the laughing emoticon in the post. It was more of a bump post than anything.

My apologies, I misread this post and thought you wanted an old Powerbook. Confused the fact you wanted to trade a Powerbook and maybe wanted an old MacBook, you see.

Not a regular macbook; I got rid of that piece of trash in order to get a powerbook. I've changed my mind though; I don't want a MacBook Pro enough to get rid of my powerbook. The thread is now about my old laptop.
