Help me remember a game

For ages I've been trying to remember the name I can remember from years ago from an old gaming magazine so I can buy it at last.

The name is something like Kolona somethingy something ville. Its a Mario esque side scroller where you play as what I think was a black and white rabbit or a big eared dog wearing a red baseball cap.

Oh and it was for the PS1. Hope you can help as it's driving me mad

Not many people have. It's one of those awesome games that had little to no advertising. Bit like Psyconaughts, one of Tim Schafer's finest works since Grim Fandango but I know of no one who's played it
