I had this laptop for almost a year.... And the external bluetooth module is prone to breakage. Time to make it internal.
I searched the web. I discovered that the plug for the Bluetooth module is USB, but the socket is different. Opening up the memory panel and lo, there it is. The plug is a 6 pin connector labelled "CN 16." 4 for the usual USB connection, 1 for the blue light and 1 does nothing.
I Googled around and found the pinout. Then I took the USB Bluetooth module and cracked it open. I extracted the circuit. I looked around for a female USB plug and found one in a USB to wall plug charger that I don't even use. I grabbed a fitting male 6 pin connector from an old laptop that went to hell.
Then I used scotch tape, solder and IDE wires to create this:
At the left end is a 6 pin connector... Going to an IDE wire.... Then to a female USB port. Then plugged in is a stripped USB Bluetooth module. The module is wrapped in tape to avoid shorts.

Module tucked securely.
Windows Vista booted up. Installing drivers.
Installed!
Blue light firing for the first time!
Phone recognized my laptop.

Now, to prove this actually works, I took pictures around with the mobile phone. Coincidentally, I was home alone a few days ago. I tried to cook some food myself and made a mess... But I snapped the aftermath of disaster in making using my phone...

The rice. It's made in a rice cooker with 4 cups rice, 6 cups water. This makes it EXTRA FLUFFY and EXTRA SOFT! It feels like MASHED POTATO!

EDIT 2: These are the (I think) compatibility list of Acers compatible with the pinout, though the orientation of the connector would probably be different.

Note: My laptop is in the list of the compatibility of the module they are selling. So I assume all the laptops there use the same pinout.
