In what conditions does the paint change colours?

It changes by what angle your looking at it. You and a friend could be looking at it with you on the left side and your friend on the right side and you would both see a different color.

out of curiosity how much would you charge for a standard basecoat topcoat using just regular colors, nothing fancy?

I might be interested in having my n64p case painted as well! I am thinking gloss black... How much for that? The case is about the size of a Genesis model 3, for reference on size.
