I generally have good luck with cinemas and only watch good films. Star Wars Episode 1,2,3 were the only exceptions. Man they sucked.

Episode 1 had Jar Jar=Fail

Episode 2 was all politics(not that I don't like politics but when I watch Star Wars I expect something different)

Episode 3 I just was bored. I was also annoyed about how wimpy General Grievous was. The maths states 4 arms > 2 arms so he should have easily whipped Obi Wan's ass.

I did not see it willingly; I was dragged by my cousins and my sister.  Worst part was that it was on the day that the seventh Harry Potter book came out, and reading a book in a movie theater is harder than it sounds. :P
Hairspray was a great movie :?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And my eye saw a lousy movie that bugged the crap out of me.

Pretty much all of the Harry Potter Movies. The newest didn't live up to my expectations, but I realize that its hard to make a two hour movie out of a 600+ page book. Here is a hint, watch the movies then read the books.

I think 8 out of 10 movies I see suck pretty hard. Thats why I like downloading them and watching them at home.

Even really crappy movies can be good if you are making fun of it with a friend.

Yeah, I didn't care for any of those either. I did find that they were vastly improved when seen immediately after a James Bond movie with hip flasks smuggled into the theatre. It was considerably more comical and less a waste of time.

For me it was fairly recent

The assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

Good film, but not to be watched at half past midnight in a cinema, only time ive ever walked out before the end. Mainly because it was one in the morning and NOTHING had happened in the first half hour.

Id probaly enjoy it if i were to watch it now though

I have never walked out of a movie before, but I would have walked out on this one had I not gone with a friend. Ironically enough though, after the movie I mentioned my desire to walk out to my friend and he said that he wished I had said something because he wanted to walk out as well.

If I were ridiculously wealthy, I would buy up all the known copies of this turd of a movie and then burn them so no one else would have to go through the agony of seeing it ever again...
I quite liked that, but i never saw it in the cinema and i never paid for it

To be honest im not sure why we went for it, a title that long should have been warning signs enough. But hey it was on the way home from the pub, everything seems like a good idea then

awww man...I saw the first 2 in theatres and they were awesome. I was like 6, but today there still awesome. Everybody hates them!!!! I haven't figured out why. I haven't seen the old ones though, that probably explains why.

Leave these forums. Seriously, you have NO RIGHT to post anymore.

And John, you just don't go to movies 'cause you have no friends.

Dang, man, are you for real? I've only ever seen Episode 2 all the way through. I watched about half of the original first one, but just couldn't get into it.
