how long would a game cube and a intec game cube screen last on a 12v 4200mAh ni-mh battery
I don`t know how to caculate it

It depends on a lot of factors (mainly the voltages the battery gives out at any given time and the voltage where the system flakes out and restarts), but the basic estimate formula is:
Battery Capacity / Total power draw = Battery life
So a 3500 mAh battery powering a device with a 1 amp draw at the battery's voltage will go for about 3 and a half hours. (3500 / 1000 = 3.5)
I don't know the power draw for the Gamecube or Intec screen (look it up yourself, lazy
), but I'm guessing about 1200mA for the GC and 500mA for the screen, a total of 1700mA. Given your 4200mAh battery...
4200 / 1700 = 2.47058824 hours
In a perfect world, this scenario would run for about 2 hours, 45 minutes. Realistically, however, you can expect somewhere between 2:15 and 2:30.
There's also a less mathematic approach: Hook everything up to the (fully charged) battery, turn it on, and see how long it lasts. (Or ask someone who's already made a GCP.)
