Second I need suggestions on my computer parts hers an image with everything and the cost I'm not sure where to buy it from though still between newegg and tigerdirect right now but am willing to go elsewhere. Keep in mind I'm in Canada but can ship it to USA.

PS i changed up the cart a bit thats old it now is 1650 and has some more stuff only thing I'm not buying is the monitor which will come later.

Is that case REALLY 70 pounds? Do you know how much that's going to cost in shipping? (Especially for international shipping.) A LOT. It's not worth it. Get a decent normal case.

What tools do you need to put together a PC

Last one I built even had screw less hdd racks so I only used a screwdriver twice for each screw to close the case.

can't imagine needing any tools other than a screw driver to build a computer.

Personally I would never pay over $600 to build a computer because I am cheap.

my computer also cost me nothing

2.8 GHz P4 (originally 2 GHz)

got parts from various sources ranging from friends (video card), school (base computer), and work (Processor/RAM)

I have got to agree with needing some links but I might suggest going with the ATI HD4850. All the reviews put it as a huge value for the price. Here's a review of one brand of the card. LINK. It beats many other cards that are $300 or more.

Using a grand total of 3 screw drivers and a 'glasses repair kit' screw driver, I have been able to take apart practically every piece of electronics I have found (except those stupid Nintendo screws).

So yeah, a medium and a small Philips head will be good enough to build a computer from commercial parts.
