OMGWTFBBQ at the Rock band set list!
Yea I'm not to sure what to think of that new dashboard either. And I personally didn't think Microsoft had a really good conference. Anyone else think the same?

As much as I love zelda games I will have to  at that statement.
Name a bad Zelda game in recent history.
Wand of Gamelon
but that's not recent history. and it wasn't even by nintendo.

we would all like to forget the awfulness of those "zelda" games...
they call me the Queen of Bondo, though maybe i should be called the Queen of Epoxy Putty

that sounds like a phillips CDI game which was neither made by nintendo nor was it recent.

WHAT? ACDC? Guns N' Roses? Bob Dylan?

You have no taste in rock music sir.

Oh and Zelda. I didnt say they are bad games but the entire plots of the games are getting tired. Zelda gets captured, Link saves the day. Hell they dont even change the names of the major characters. I will still play them because they are good games but they need to change it up a bit.

*snort* Some people like old. I'll take AC/DC over Paramore any day. There's a reason these bands are still around. Let's see your sissy little Paramore in thirty years.

Music has died ever since the early 90's. No one can play the guitar anymore. Who wants to listen to power chords all day?

Back to E3. Yah Microsoft had a lot going for them till they started the whole casual bit. Looks like the entire industry will move to casual gamers at this rate leaving only the PC as the hardcore platform. Atleast thats my theory.

BTW, is Rock Band 2 coming out for PS2 or will I have to drop some big bucks? Jethro Tull, Fleetwood Mac, Duran Duran, Joan Jett, this is all that is missing from Guitar Hero. Oh and I do have a weakness for the Toxicity number they've got.

Wow, loved the blantant rips. (Xbox Mii's, Guitar hero gets drums, eye toy like games, even the lame rip of the card detection from that horrible Sony conference in viva pinata...) Well, that's what I've come to expect now anyday....
Only game I really liked would have to be resident evil, and the new network setup. Good job, bro. :P (sorry, you wont get that one.)
Oh well, looking forward to seeing "Reggie tuesday" as I call it, and seeing the wii motion plus.

Oh, and a MOTHER related announcement. That would be swell, though I realize it's so unlikely at this point... :/

VC polls should be appearent enough for them as of late anyway.

Old music was in the other Guitar Hero games. Other bands that could have a spot to change things up a bit would be a bit different than just classic music.

And yes, Microsofts direction with the 360 did seem very Wii-ish. I might just buy a bloody SNES

No, it was not. As I stated above, some of the greats were not in those games. There's a severe lack of true rock gods in Guitar Hero.

Duran Duran would be a nice change of pace, Joan Jett was in Guitar Hero, i'll pass on Jethro Tull and Fleetwood Mac though.

I'd like to see Flyleaf, Enter Shikari, Bobaflex, Nonpoint, Deftones, We Are Scientists, Foals, Get Cape & Spineshank in GH, but instead we get old man music, isnt GH supposed to appeal to a 16-21 age demographic? =/

believe it or not, some of us 16-21 year olds appreciate good music.

I wouldn't doubt that more teens today like older rock than the bands he's talking about, which I've never even heard of.
