An Intec Gamecube screen. But for the cheapest with the best quality, get a Zenith (any of the consoles).

You can find the Intec's for about $15, and the Zeniths are around $25-35, USD

There are a few ebay stores that have all of those things really cheap, usually in fairly good supply too.
