Adding Services to XP

When I installed XP on my EEE PC, I put on a slimmed down version of it. I took out the Remote Access Connection Manager Service, as it's for dial-up and VPN stuff that I'd normally never use. Unfortunately, I've just made my Razr a modem, and I need it now to access the internet on a trip I'm going on. How would you add a service that was left out of the install? Do you have to use Windows Update to do it?
