You also need an admin with good spelling and grammar skills or no one will take the board seriously and you won't get any members.

Well, I have good spelling skills, no offence but they're are hundreds of typos over at here, I think its just people typing too fast and not releazing they make loads of mistakes.

I'm gonna go a step futher than this guy, over at my forum, everybody is going to be a mod!
