Something Scarry/funny just happened.

Well I was working on replacing the LEDs in my 360 controller...I didn't feel like I did anything right but I kept working hoping it would work...well When I finally closed it up I tried to power the controller up and it didn't work...Then I added my play and charge and plugged it into the 360. I waited a little trying to power it up...Then I turn the 360 on seeing if I could get a response in there well couple of second later smoke started coming out... I turned everything off right away at first I thought it was funny that was the first time anything like this happen to me then I relized how big of a problem it was. If it had caught on fire I would have been screwed and since I didn't have a fire extinguisher I could have been dead... so I filled up a bag of water and placed the controller over it. Don't know what went wrong but man am I scared.
