7.2V-7.5V regulator?

Where the heck can I get one?

Also would this battery work? I need 7.2-7.5V but I can not find a 7.5V one.

You could make one with a 7805.

You'll have to mess around with different resistor values (most likely a couple in series), but it can be done.

Here's a watered-down version. You'll want to use a different resistor value rather than 220 ohms, maybe between 125 and 175. (You will have to combine resistors.)

If you don't even get that, you've got two options:

1. Do some research and learn the basics
2. Find a different hobby

Why do you need the regulator if you're getting a 7.2v battery pack?

yeah seriously, 300mv never hurt anyone. Its really hard to step power up only 300mv.

Plus your 7.2v battery pack is already 7.5v, assuming a nominal 1.25v per cell.

No because the LCD runs nicely off 7.2V-7.5V but sometimes after I charge my batteries they are 1.4V each and it makes me worry that they might damage something.

Yeah but consider this

1) they are only that high for a few minutes
2) no one else ever had any problems
