hi does anybody know if theres any available, just that i am considering getting a ps3 if 1 exists

I believe Ben's "Access" controllers will be initially available for the PS3. Here's a picture of it:

I don't think ben is making anymore of his old style ones (where you control the analog stick with your thigh.)

Are the buttons easier than a normal control?

Don't quote me on this, but I think the access controllers use tact switches as opposed to plastic pads, so the feedback will be more "clicky" and it'll take considerably less pressure to get a button response.
