You hold the record for most hot glue used in a life time.ShockSlayer wrote:...for the most n64ps?

I think as far as anyone knows, yes you hold the record. But, do they count if they were made from remnants of a previous portable? After all, I could swap the buttons out of mine, paint it different colors and rewire it all, but it is still the same portable. Just out of curiosity, how many have you made using new parts? (well, parts that weren't from a previous project)
Also, quality over quantity most definitely applies to making portables. I really think I speak for most of us when I say you should spend a lot of time making a really nice case, and make a portable that looks really nice, whether it be n64 or not. Surprise us all with something amazing.

Well, enough negativity. I'm sure he knows by now that his cases are ugly. Lets at least stay a little on the positive side.
Really though SS, you should make a nice case. You have plenty of experience with the materials by now (ahem, do not even touch the glue gun. lol) so you are very able to make a nice case. It just takes more time, more effort, a ruler, and less hot glue.

The 5th is the only one with a recycled n64 mobo.
I was just wondering.
My case is fine.
