GameGavel.com: The Free Video Game Auction Site

Hey everyone, I am Jasen owner of GameGavel.com and noticed today that the site was getting a few hits from the benheck.com Forums... so I thought I would drop in and say hello and give you a small sample as to what GameGavel.com is all about!

GameGavel.com was launched on Feb 24, 2008 but was in production for a few months before that getting key insight from my fellow Video Game Fanatics over at Digital Press. There was one thing I didn't want to do, and that was create the site in a vacuum.

Here are the down and dirty details of GameGavel.com:

1. Its free. No insertion fees, no final value fees. No reserve price fees, no buy out fees, no picture upload fees. Pretty simple!

2. Ok, there are a couple fees you could pay, but are never obligated to. Featured Auction Fees, Highlights, and Bolds.. the stuff that makes it all stand out. In any case, they are low priced and will always be lower than eBay! If eBay makes theres lower than GameGavel, I will reduce the fees every time.

3. Bulk Listing Software. You can list a lot all at once.

4. No credit card required

5. Link other site feedback threads and feedback systems within your profile. You never have to be a "newbie"

6. Reviews and Guides so that you can share and learn with other users.

7. We do a lot of contests here. Right now we have 3 sitewide promoted contests.. where you can win some great stuff just by using GameGavel.com!

I think if you check it out, you will see that GameGavel.com is a great site with tons of potential. Last night we hit the 300 user mark, which is fantastic. We also hit the 415 auction mark today too... so its catching on, and the users are very loyal and good. Nobody has a single negative feedback and everyone has been very happy with their transactions.

I hope to see you around GameGavel.com... I think maybe next month... starting in July I will have to do a BenHeck.com Exclusive Contest! I have done a few exclusive contests other places, with a lot of success. I will be giving away free games like hotcakes!
