hi i have sega game gear console its hard to diagnose whats wrong with the console..problem looks like that when i turn on the console lcd blinks for few sec. power led is not light at all.only sometimes it blinks ..i will be thankfull id somebody can tell me what to do and help me to solve that problem

it sounds a little different but still similar enough to a problem I was having. Turn the brightness all the way down and turn it on, then adjust it until its the brightness you want. I don't remember if you put the knob all the way up or all the way down, but its one of the two. You'll find that you'll reach a maximum brightness at some point, try to avoid leaving it higher than that point and you won't have problems with it not booting.

If this doesn't work, open it up and replace any capacitors that look bad. If none look bad replace them all.

Except replacing all the capacitors would cost more than buying another Game Gear.

I've changed all capacitors

it means that I didn't change on the PANEL REINFORCEMENT

but on the panel
