best noac

i'm looking to build a portable nes and was wondering what the best noac is and how much i'd be looking to spend?

I don't have a preference for "best" noac, but my advice is to not spend over $30 if possible. If you see anything over that try searching for a better deal.

Really it depends on if you want built-in games. Otherwise, there are plenty of NOACs that just play NES cartridges.

Yobo FC game console, takes NES carts and is $20 or less.

OR

Get a FC Twin and let me pay half the price and get the SNES half of it.
