Desoldering with Soldering Iron
I know I can melt it with my Iron but I don't have Desoldering Wire or Desoldering Pump, so is there a other way to remove the Solder from the PCB?

Just heat up each of the pins while pulling on the component. Go back and forth a couple times and the part should come right off the board. (Sometimes it actually helps if you put more solder on the pins, so they hold more heat.)
Or go to Radio Shack and get some desoldering braid and a desoldering bulb. The bulb is basically the only difference between a regular iron and a "desoldering" iron, and braid is useful for cleaning up surface mount pads and small remnants. (I don't use it nearly as much as the bulb, though.)
