Microsoft Help Fed up my computer

Well I got a Zune( and LOVE IT) but there was a problem, couldn't connect to market place, anyway I google how to fix this problem and get taken to this official help site. followed the instruction and open hidden files and did some other stuff and so on. But is still didn't fix my market problem... But it did cause an whole new one. Ever since the I haven't been able to log into my Ebay, Yahoo, Xbox.com, and Zune.net account any help?

reinstall zune software. set your internet browser back to original defaults?

To bad I'm using firefox....

Also It seems that its affecting all parts of my computer EX: windows word has stopped opening.

I bet something is running at startup. Run MSCONFIG and see if extra crap is running at startup; go into safemode to do that.

Your Zune sabotaged your computer.

Sounds like something to do with cookie handling was messed up. Try completely uninstalling the Zune software and reinstalling Firefox. (Go into the bookmark manager and make a full backup first.) Alternately, try installing Opera; maybe it will work.

Is it just Firefox, or IE 7 as well?

Its internet explorer to also I reinstalled Firefox didn't work kind of scared to uninstall my Zune software but whatever I have to do... :cry: .....also it seems that only my Screen name on the computer is able to download things .


Update: Well I fixed everything but I still can't make it to the marketplace It gives me error code C00D1374
