I tell myself this every time but do it anyway. In elementary school I could stay up all night and manage to wake up at 6am the next morning. Now, it's much harder for me. There's nothing like lying down in a comfy bed.soundwave wrote:My first tip is don't go to sleep, my second tip is do not lie down, you think "ah, I'll just lie on my bed for a moment" but you won't get up.
Tips for pulling all-nighters?

Especially after writing a paper or doing homework. I gotta tell you, you could sleep on large rocks and after doing brain work for a couple of hours those rocks could feel like goose down, so comfy and relaxing...Edutainment wrote:I tell myself this every time but do it anyway. I just walked Across the stage for high school graduation last night and thats exactly what I was thinking.soundwave wrote:Aha, now we must travel back in time to my Junior year of High School.
Did this paper have earlier leading-up-to-the-fact things you were supposed to do? Take notes, make outlines, note cards, etc. Because if you take a leaf from my book, you could've done like 2 or 3 of those ~6 things (poorly, I might add), skipped the final outline, rough and final drafts of the paper, and pass.
I still look back and lulz.
It is not junk! It is assorted goods with no current use.Sword_Gun wrote:Klef your asking a whole bunch of videogame players.. for girl advice.. Nice.

Yeah there were outlines that I didn't do. The outlines are a total of 85 points, the notecards (which I did do) are 100 points, and the actual paper itself is also 100 points. I BS'd some outlines out of the finished product and turned those in with it; hopefully I'll get at least some credit for them and still like a B in the class.soundwave wrote:Aha, now we must travel back in time to my Junior year of High School.

Be carefull when you take that stuff. I took it once to study for a test and it did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do. I couldn't concentrate and my mind was jumping everywhere. My roommate on the other hand swears by it.adderall
After being in college for 2 years now all I can say is just don't procrastinate and get your crap done early.
yea, i've had my experiences. i've used it to do homework and study. but i really think i have some form of mild add and it helped a lot.Rekarp wrote:Be carefull when you take that stuff.
