I'm trying to fix my friends RockFordFosqale amp and it is in desperate need a a few caps. There are four in all and the only markings they have on them are:
Surge
(M)105ºC
0501H
330 µf 63 v
They are round (drum type) and about 2.5cm tall and 1.25cm wide.
I know very little about capacitors apart from generally what they do. So can anyone tell me what I should buy as replacements? I can't seem to find any Surge caps with these exact specs anywhere.

Do you have a clue whether they are coupling or decoupling capacitors?
Coupling cap=In the signal path, connected to the speaker terminals.
Decoupling cap=Connected between the positive and negative power supply to smooth out the supply voltage.
If it's a coupling or decoupling cap is only defined by how it's connected, not any of its specs.
You should probably go for a somewhat high quality cap. Audiophilia apart, high quality caps usually last longer.

Surge means that the cap is especially designed to handle surges, ie can withstand voltage spikes.
(M)105ºC means the maximum temperature the cap can withstand. Should be the same or higher.
0501H I don't know what this means, probably a model id.
330 µf Is the capacitance value. You should be good to go with anything +/- 10%, so 300-360 µf should work fine as replacements.
63 v This is the maximum voltage the cap may be charged to. To be safe it should be the same or higher. Ie, a cap rated at 90 V would be fine in this case.

The positive leads on the capacitors are directly connected to the power input fuses, so from what you said I'm assuming that means they are decoupling. But as you said, it really doesn't matter as long as I get something roughly the same?
One last question, since electronics distributors usually never grace you with a picture of their products, how do I know what size to get? I noticed the sizes are organized as "T1, T2, T3..." so which size would fit the dimensions above?
