This reminds me of the duke nukem game for gbc, but its not that. Does anyone remember that game, it was epic.

HDC's is Grand ThefTendo, an apparently abandoned (last time I checked) homebrew GTA clone for the NES.

I'll put the 'posting a screenshot' part on layaway for now, since there's another one people still have to figure out and I'd like to see this thread get on track.

Ok, no-one guessed mine I take it - it is Navy Seals on the Amstrad GX4000; I think it was also released on cassette on the other Amstrads, but was a cart on the GX4000. I played this game quite a lot at the time.
