Some Dream Cast Questions

Post by portable pie »

Sorry I haven't gotten back on the other portables, they worked out, but I couldn't get my password to work, but thats all fixed now. I am planning out a Dcp and was wondering about these questions:

1.What kind of powering am I going to need( type of batteries/voltage)
2.Are there any wiring diagrams I can use?
3.Are there any problems I may run into?

Here's some pics of my prototype screen for it:

The screen's 5 wires are connected to a box that converts it to +- and audio and video cables, so I connected (temporarily) the + and - to 4 double AA's and a dreamcast.

Using a picoPSU is great. You'd need from 11.1v top 12v.

FOr diagram and infos I suggest reading my "taking-forever-to-be-done-WIP"
and I'd also googleing for pinouts, that's what (almost) evrybody does to answer pinouts questions anyway :P

Good luck !
